Strength & Conditioning

To compete at the highest level, all athletes need to have the functional strength and physical conditioning to allow you to perform at your very best.
Sporting Futures Strength and Conditioning Trainers will work along side the coaches of each sport to ensure that every training is specific for the sport and individual athlete.

Training programmes will be set and closely monitored by the Trainers and Coaches ensuring that there are positive results being made. Each sport will have a specifically designed testing program that will take place at different times of the year to show athletes progress.

  • Former New Zealand 7’s Representative.
  • Former Professional Rugby Player.
  • Qualified Personal Trainer. R.E.P.s Registered Trainer.
  • Qualified Gym Instructor.
  • New Zealand College Of Fitness Graduate.
  • Current Course Tutor of TOA Sports,CPIT. 
  • Current Trainer to Canterbury U18 & Linwood Senior Rugby Teams.

 

I am excited to be involved with Sporting Futures and to work with aspiring athletes.  I aim to provide the best in Rugby Specific Conditioning that may enhance the athletes opportunities to progress in sport and leadership.
